Where can I find and change my Facebook language settings?
When a new Facebook account is created, Facebook appears in the same language as the one you choose in your device’s language settings. The dates, time and numbers are also matched to your language region.
You can change your Language settings to see things like buttons, notifications, most text and tooltips in a different language.
Note: Changing region settings like temperature and dates, time and number formats are only available on your computer at this time.
To change your Language and Region settings:
- Go to your Settings.
- Scroll down and click Settings & Privacy > Language.
- Choose the language you want Facebook to appear in.

- By changing the language settings on your phone it will not change the language on your computer automatically. You will have to change the setting on your computer also.
